The Motor Show is a biennial event that features the latest car models and car parts and accessories in the market. It also features a 4WD test course, driving simulators, BMX stunts, and stage activities. It is intended to meet the growing demand for vehicles and for the aftermarket industry, serving as an avenue for sourcing new products and services and as a platform for meeting buyers and suppliers. First launched in 1990, it is now recognized as a UFI-approved event.

Two recent big additions are Invader Technologies Co., Ltd from Japan, who will introduce their car tuning service for four-wheelers for the first time in Oman and display their top- of-the-line Lexus 4WD model and Saud Bahwan Group , who will display their latest Ford, Toyota, Lexus, MAN, Hino and Kia brands.
